Trends
Users have the option to view both a single time-series trend per field, or to view multiple fields on the same time-series trend.
View single trends
From the Visualization view (accessed from the project bar in the Troubleshooter):

Click on the trend icon in the row of the relevant field.
View multiple trends

Click on the trend button on the main toolbar

The field selection dialog is displayed.

Select the required fields using the add (>), remove (<), add all (>>) and remove all (<<) buttons

Click OK
Trending options
-
Scrolling axes:

To scroll axis click on the scroll axis button or select scroll axis form the right click popup menu.

Click and drag with the left mouse button on the axis to scroll.

Zooming axes:
-
-
To scroll axes click on the zoom axes button or select zoom axes form the right click popup menu.

Click and drag with the left mouse button on the axes to zoom.

Scroll as one
When multiple fields are trended, enabling this options will scroll all trends as one when using the trend axis to scroll any of the displayed trends. -
Same Y-Scales
Enabling this option when multiple fields trended will set all y-scales to the same minimum and maximum value across all trends. The minimum and maximum values for the trend scales are calculated as the minimum and maximum values across displayed trends. -
Single Axis
This option will collapse multiple trends to a single y-axis. The scale for the single axis is determined as the minimum and maximum value respectively across all displayed trends. -
Stacked Y-Axis
This option will assign each individual trend its own Y-Axis and stack the trends vertically.

Zoom in all axes:

Click on the zoom in all axes button to zoom in on all axes.

Zoom out all axes:
-
-
Click on the zoom out all axes button zoom in on all axes.

Zoom box:
-

Click on the zoom in box button.

Click and drag a window over the area to zoom into.

Zoom to fit:
-
-
Click on the zoom to fit button to zoom to fit all axes.

Add a region:
-

Click on add a region button and then click and drag to add a region. (This can be done repeatedly)

Remove a region:

Click on the remove a region button and then click and drag over the area to be removed from the region. (This can be done repeatedly)

Remove all regions:

Click on the remove all regions button to remove all defined regions.

Scroll to ruler position
This option will scroll to and center the view at the current ruler location. If the ruler location is off-screen, the entire view will be scrolled to the ruler location. -
Move ruler into view
This option will move the ruler and center it at the current view location. -
Toggle grid lines
Select to display/hide the grid lines on the trend

Auto Scale:

Set scale limits automatically,

Enter scale limits manually

Inner Limits
-
-
Check/Uncheck to display/hide inner limits

Outer Limits
-
-
Check/Uncheck to display/hide outer limits

Show ruler

Check/Uncheck to display/hide ruler
